Lifeguards Needed! Join our dedicated team and help ensure the safety of swimmers at our facility. We're looking for certified lifeguards who are passionate about water safety and enjoy working in a fun, energetic environment.

Lifeguard

Lifeguards are experts in water safety and must rescue swimmers who are sick, distressed or hurt. They may also do the following:

  • Must be 15 or older

  • Supervising swimming activities and making sure that safety procedures, guidelines and policies are followed

  • Warning of unsafe activities and enforcing water safety policies and pool regulations

  • Providing first aid in the event of injury, rescuing swimmers in danger or distress and administering Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or artificial respiration, if necessary

  • Assessing conditions for safety and coming up with an action plan for aquatics emergency

  • Inspecting pool equipment, facilities and water to make sure they are usable and safe

  • Supervising and assisting in cleaning equipment and facilities

  • Opening and closing the pool each day, depending on schedule and hours

  • Maintaining the snack shack and ensuring it is operating in a timely manner.

  • Must have current Lifeguard certification, CPR/First Aid for the Professional Rescuer.

Assistant Manager/ Manager

Oversees daily aquatic operations, supervising lifeguards, ensuring guest safety, managing staff, maintaining facilities, and acting as the manager on duty, requiring strong leadership, emergency response skills. They bridge the gap between frontline staff and full management, focusing on safety, customer service, and operational efficiency at the pool.

  • Must be 18 or older

  • Staff Supervision: Schedule, train, mentor, and evaluate lifeguards; lead by example.

  • Respond to emergencies, perform rescues, and enforce rules.

  • Facility Operations: Open/close pools, perform chemical checks, ensure cleanliness, and handle maintenance.

  • Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and resolve complaints.

  • Complete incident reports, attendance logs, and chemical records. 

  • Current Lifeguard certification, CPR/First Aid for the Professional Rescuer. 

  • Experience: Previous experience in aquatics and/or management roles.

  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, leadership, and teamwork.

Swim instructor

Successful Swim Instructors will know how to teach swimmers of various ages and skill levels effectively while ensuring safety in and around the water. 

  • Must be 16 or older

  • Instruct individuals or small groups of students in the water

  • Demonstrating various swimming techniques

  • Observe students performing the strokes and providing feedback to help them improve

  • Providing constant supervision to keep all swimmers safe

  • Complete documentation and deciding when to move students to the next level

  • Enforce water safety and pool rules

  • Share feedback with parents on the sessions

  • Must have Nationally recognized instructor certification

  • Must have Current Lifeguard certification, CPR/First Aid for the Professional Rescuer.
