Lifeguard Staffing & Supervision

We recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise certified lifeguards to meet all applicable safety standards and swimmer-to-guard ratios. Evers oversees payroll processing, staff training, and ongoing performance management to ensure consistent, professional coverage throughout the season.

Daily Pool Operations

Evers manages the day-to-day operation of your pool, including supervision during all regular operating hours and approved events. Our team monitors conditions, enforces pool rules established by the club, and takes proactive steps to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

Water Chemistry & System Operations

We handle daily water testing and chemical balancing, operate pumps and filtration systems, and monitor overall pool performance. Required chemicals and operational supplies are purchased by Evers and billed directly to the club. We also identify and report repair needs as they arise.

Facility Maintenance Coordination

Evers coordinates routine cleaning and maintenance of pool facilities, including deck areas, restrooms, locker rooms, and pool equipment. While landscaping, irrigation, and major repairs remain the club’s responsibility, we assist with vendor coordination and can authorize minor maintenance expenditures when needed.

Seasonal Preparation & Closure Coordination

We assist with preparing facilities for the swimming season and coordinating seasonal transitions. Pool openings, system startups, and winterization services are performed by third-party vendors, but Evers can coordinate these services on the club’s behalf for a seamless experience.

Operational Advising & Board Support

Evers serves as a trusted advisor to the club, providing recommendations on safety, staffing levels, compliance, and cost-effective operations. We communicate regularly with designated board liaisons and attend board meetings upon request.

Pool Events & Private Parties

We oversee pool events and provide lifeguard staffing for daytime and after-hours parties. Staffing levels are set to meet safety regulations, ensuring events are fun, well-managed, and compliant with local codes.

Compliance & Risk Management

Evers maintains required operational records and ensures compliance with local health department regulations and employment laws. We also carry workers’ compensation and general liability insurance for our operations.
